I'm reserving judgment until some sort of evidence surfaces probabilistically for either view (healthy/unhealthy). Until then, I treat it like sucrose sugar and other synthetic ingredients- low consumption. And that word "natural" gets thrown around way too loosely without any context or rigid definition tied to it. HFCS does not occur in nature- so, in that sense, it ain't natural. On another hand, it is procured using naturally occuring enzymes and substances, so maybe it is "all natural." Either way, just because something is "natural" doesn't mean that it's healthy. HEALTHY. I laughed my ass off at this ad, because any time people resort to fallacious tactics like equivocation and making the non-HFCS side look naive (subtle ad hominem), they show that they really don't have reason to back up their view either. Of course, you can't reason with people who deeply believe something. But, the general public aren't those people, and this ad's lack of reasoning only leaves one to believe that they're grasping for straws (ie hollow-headed people who'll believe their "argument"). And the matter-of-fact tone she used was so damn pretentious- like she was actually saying something of value. Only because we're so dumb, so damn fickle. Jesus, kill us all (2012? haha. I got jokes today).

	The Az Beast April 15, 2009 2:27 PM	ya I laughed when I saw it, 2 off my clients called me right after they saw it to tell me to look for the commercial christ can you believe it, and the flagrant direction towards kids just blows me away! I am sure you have seen the tons of articles I have posted here so I'm sure you know where I stand lol. My fav one is the couple set in the park having a popcycle and they are lean and healthy late 20's early 30's and the pretty GF offers the guy a popcycle and he says but honey dont they have HFCS and she replies yes but its more sweet than real sugar and its really good for you! oh Holy Fuck I blew a load when that one came out.
