Heck yea DareDevil!!!! I love my wide and close push ups with those perfect pushups!! Some people make fun of me for it when they come to the house and see em layin on the floor, but Im happy with em and thats all Im worried bout!! hehehe I freakin love push ups!!! Thanks for the vid!!!!

Hey DareDevil thanks for the clip, I had to make sure and watch a few times and then a few more times, ummmm jus so I could really understand the exercise, hehehe, all kidding aside, that girl must know what shes doing cuz her abs are amazing!! Great post!!!

There is a period of 6 weeks after giving birth that is not recommended to engage in exercise. Once your physician has cleared you for activity, Begin with the amount of activity you feel comfortable for.
As for the mental obstacles... I just tell them to leave the thinking to trainers or motivators like me, just move. That's the fun part of exercise. It's not stressful and everyone feels better after it's over.
Babies sleep a lot. Of the many naps they take throughout the day, just take 10 minutes of the first part and do one exercise, then lay down. Or you can pick one whole nap time and dedicate it to a full exercise routine and rest during the other nap times.
