Thats how you Bench Press, Feet planted firm on the ground, Forearms perpendicular to the ground, Scapula pulled back and Chest raised to meet the bar, Air sucked in and held during lift,Elbows kept tuckd in slightly not flaired out, press completed with forceful push from the legs.
This is the proper way to Bench.

man soon all my Major Chest lifts will be 3 big pies, all over 315 and soon I'll be sporting that 350 plus Bench at 5'8" 180 lbs freaking strong ass old guy. lol
