tips on loosing bodyfat

well i will be writing few tips and facts that could help anyone looking to loose some body mass and have some nice abs..
1-adjust your diet : decreasing your total intake of calories per day,no junk food,no sweets no beverages and soda drinks,eat grilled food skinless,decrease amount of your fat and carbohydrate in your meals and up your protien to prevent muscle catabolism...
2-cardio on an empty stomach on off days to burn more calories
3-if you like drinking tea drink green tea,its proven to be beneficial in terms of fat loss.
4-sauna to loose water
5-workout your abs to strengthen them and your core,working them 2-3 times per week  they are small muscle groups and can be worked when you ever feel like so.
6-decrease your salt intake cause more salt equals to more water retention
7-liquid aminos,bcca and glutamine maybe beneficial in helping with retaining muscle mass when dieting down.
8-wearing heavy clothes during training offer NO additional benefits except maybe more sweating and loosing some water mass.
9-try drinking water when eating and add salad to your meals helps with making you feel full.
10-drink plenty of water per day.... hope those helps guys..peace

well i usually drink during a meal when i am looking not to eat much and no problems whatsoever but i guess it differs from one to another.

I find better results to drink water BEFORE eating a meal. When I drink water with a meal, the meal tends to wear me out and take a lot longer to digest.
