Increase Your bench press max

I suggest that if you are trying to get your bech press max up that you should start off doing about        70 % of your max for about 1 week and every week you should move up about 5% of you max. i also suggest that you do about 5 sets of 5 reps.
 If you follow this tip you will increase you max on bench pressing.
