Cardio the best way to lose weight?

This is a tip i learnt from experience... If your trying to lose weight and get a toned figure cardio may not be the best option. Aswell as burning fat cardio also deteriates muscle, shedding pounds but losing tone in the process. I found that running, biking or any other form of cardio combined with a light weight routine can help drop the fat and get you in great shape.
