The tough ones count the most!

We all have days when we feel like a million bucks...and then there are those days when we feel, well, like the last thing we want to do is workout.

These are the days that count the most. Its easy to get yourself to workout when have energy. There are so many variables that play into how we feel - food, sleep, stress, past workouts, etc. When you are having a "down day" make all the more effort to workout. You might be surprised...it could turn out to be a great one!

Worst case scenario...you stayed consistent!

Stay motivated by always keeping in mind your goals. Stay focused. We will all have blah days , its just being consistant. Sometimes a day off will also do us a lot of good. Thanks !

So true!! On these days once you actually get to the gym it's not so bad. The hard thing is just getting yourself there! Great tip!!
