No Time...no problem

Most people are busy...often too busy to workout. Getting a great workout really comes down to volume...not time.

Tuesday I "moved" over 13,000 pounds of volume in a little over 12 minutes by doing a crossfit workout with thusters and pull ups only. I'm not a strong guy. I have never had a "big bench". That's not the point.

My 10 minute whole body workouts are designed to combat the time issue.

4 exercises (compound movements). 10 reps each. As many rounds as possible in 10 minutes. Done. Try it and you'll be surprised at how difficult it is.

Great advice! That's the most common excuse my clients give me for not working out ... 'I don't have time'. You can still get a great workout done in very little time. Awesome tip!!
