Stretching Stretching is essential before even beginning a workout.

Whether your doing a warm up stretch or a cool down stretch, there basically the same thing. You want to make sure you stretch your entire body, even if you are just working on your legs or just your arms. You might indirectly work on other parts of your body without even knowing it. You want to make you stretch period because it might be tempting to skip a stretch and just hop on a machine. Hustle is what determines the players from the losers and the players from the athletes. Hustle catches the attention of the coaches. A coach may take a player who hustles over one who is more talented, because that person is more valuable as a team player.... read more

OverTraining

OverTraining one indication of overtraining is your pulse. If your pulse in the morning is 10 or more beats more than normal, you may be suffering form overtraining. Other indications (For you) are unusual fatigue and a lack of enthusiam for your workouts. Try cutting back for a week, and you will feel much better. Cutting back will benefit because not only will it let your body rest, but your muscles will fully recover which may allow you to see more results once you return.... read more
