Get a rocker body

Rockers don't normally have a great body. You have to work for it. So here are some fitness tips to get a hot rocker body since Touring Musicians need a diet plan + cardio

Healthy Breakfast - Protein and Fruit w/ whole grain carbs - oatmeal is best
Snack of apple and yogurt
Lunch - spinach salad w/ protein for energy for night show
Snack - Turkey roll-up
Dinner - usually late - protein, healthy carb like 4 oz potato; and green veggies
LOADS of water for sustained energy and sweating done on stage and studio while on feet for extended periods

I think this was misinterpreted incorrectly. It was meant as a nutrition guide for musicians touring who want to maintain a healthy lifestyle or at least try to get one. I think my "catchy" headline was way off at misleading people.
