Healthy Breakfast - Protein and Fruit w/ whole grain carbs - oatmeal is best Snack of apple and yogurt Lunch - spinach salad w/ protein for energy for night show Snack - Turkey roll-up Dinner - usually late - protein, healthy carb like 4 oz potato; and green veggies LOADS of water for sustained energy and sweating done on stage and studio while on feet for extended periods
