Push Up Test

Go back and take a look at my Push Up Variation Tips part 1 and 2.  If you'd like to increase your max number of push ups, please follow these steps:

1. Record your current max number of push ups
2. 3 times a week, for a month, perform 2 of the variations given.  Try to constantly switch variations.
3. Record your new max number of push ups

** If you choose to try this and stick to it, which I hope you will, please send me your before and after results, and send me some feedback telling me which variations you liked/disliked.  Things like this will help to benefit me, you, and the rest of the FitConnect community.
