Go back and take a look at my Push Up Variation Tips part 1 and 2. If you'd like to increase your max number of push ups, please follow these steps:
1. Record your current max number of push ups 2. 3 times a week, for a month, perform 2 of the variations given. Try to constantly switch variations. 3. Record your new max number of push ups
