the best kind of tea for you

on 4/14/2008 by DonnieV | filed in: Diet and Nutrition
I've heard a lot of sources recommending green and black tea, for boosting metabolism, antioxidants and general health. Oolong tea (you may not find it in your average grocery store) has some of the highest levels of antioxidants of any type of tea and contains polyphenols which improve the metabolism of nutritional fat. it is a combination of black and green tea. Give it a shot!

i find it ok, but most people would probably want to sweeten it a bit.

i couldn't even find it at safeway or king soopers. ended up finding some at sunflower farmer's market, but it's a small chain. they had one brand, Prince of Peace, organic oolong tea. i think i got it on sale, 100 bags for about $5-6. enjoy!
