Soundsd simple, but one tip I have for anyone doing kickboxing (even just for fitness) is to WRAP your hands tight with the 180 inch wraps and buy velcro 16oz gloves.
#1 - Wrap the hands so they dont fall apart. There are alot of little bones in your hands and if you are pounding the bag oftern ( and working out hard) it is easy to get injured. Wrap those hands.
#2 - 16oz gloves! they provide great protection and add weight to make the exercises harder. The cut off finger MMA gloves dont have the same prtection and are lighter which means......easier workout
#3 - Velcro....makes it easy to get them on and off
