Common Sense

I know this is something that everyone can figure out for themselves, but I've found that not everyone follows:
Stick to your schedule for eating and supplementation.  Over the years I've taken numerous supplements and tried many different diets.  I've found that the most important aspect of these two aspects of your training regimen is to have a schedule.  For example, a lot of people take suplements, but not always as directed.  The instructions on the back of the bottle or jar are there to help you maximize the effects of the supplement.

When I first took NO-Explode and Cellmass, I took the NO-Explode before I went to the gym, and the Cellmass when I got back.  It worked decently, but not to it's full capability.  Now, taking the NO on an emplty stomach 30-45 mins before the gym and the Cellmass as soon as possible after, I have seen an increase in the results acheived using the two.

I know it sounds silly, but there really is something to following the directions.

yea its a waste of money if you dont. The one thing I have learned though is that sometimes they say to take more than your body actually needs. Like if it says to take two scoops of something, sometimes that's fine, but other times with certain supplements you only need one. Unless you're like 250 or something. It is a business, so obviously they want you to buy it as frequently as possible. I just always ask someone at GNC or VitaminShoppe when i'm gettin somethin new

ya i'm usually paranoid about following directions on the labels. It's definitely more cost effective to use them the way they are supposed to be used
