Don't Overdo It

Yes, you can workout too much. For us workout addicts, that's a hard pill to swallow. But this is especially true for beginners. Ease into the workouts. The morning after a workout you shouldn't feel like you can't bend your legs because the muscles are too sore to move, but you want to be able to tell that you worked out the previous day. Remember that when you lift, you actually damage the muscles slightly, so you can imagine why you wouldn't want to overdo this.
