protein shakes

anyone have any great suggestions of whey protein.  im looking for 3-5 grams of carbs to 1 gram of protein.  im currently taking gnc 100% whey protein, and its not what im looking for.

I've heard that Optimum 100% Whey Protein is pretty good. I've tried GNC Wheybolic Extreme and it was alright. I quit taking it after awhile though.

why so many carbs? thats insane. the amount of carbs you take in depends on your goals, but anything more than 1 gram of protein to every 2g of carbs is the absolute max anyone should take that needs high carbs
edge1990 basically i want it cause ive found that carbs and sugars stimualte protein synthesis. and since i dont want to take that much sugar, i would have to replace it with carbs. also im only taking one shake per day because im getting enough protein through other sources of food since your body doesnt store protein. i just need to replenish my muscles right after my workouts. - edge1990

MoneyShot thats still too much dude. since you are 5-7 147, you should probably try to get in about 200grams of protein per day (mostly through food like you said). if you were to take in 3-5g of carbs per gram of protein, you would be eating 600-1,000g of carbs a day!! not even all mr. olympia contenders eat that many carbs in the offseason. imagine how expensive that would be too. if i were you, i wouldnt go over 300 carbs MAX - MoneyShot
