Whats better Elliptical or Treadmill for cardio and or fat burn? Just curious.

you lose more calories on the elliptical but its easier to raise your heart rate on the treadmill, which causes you to burn calories in a resting state

Running outside is even better because you have real-world forces you're dealing with. (gravity, wind, traction, etc). in a TM vs EXT battle, i would go with the TM I suppose because you can cover more distance & attain higher speeds on the TM vs an EXT. I am NOT a fan of EXT's for various reasons, I have a past blog post on this topic called "I'm waging a war vs EXT's".

Depends. If you want a low impact workout that can help you mantain cardio I'd opt for the elipical. It's easier on your knees, ankles, and feet. But I feel ultimately if you want to step up your cardio game, it's definitely the mill. I use both.
