I like diamond push-ups. Used to hate them, but I did them so much in the Army. My Drill Sergeants favorite. lol.

When trying to get a good pump, I do a "rocker pushup" - named it myself. I go down until chest is about an inch off the ground and then shift weight to one arm/side then back to the other until you get pretty tired. Once you think you can't go back and forth anymore you still have to push yourself back up.

Sometimes I like to do a quick warm-up of:
- 25 diamonds (hands together in the shape of a diamond elbows bend towards sides)
- 25 triceps (hands directly under shoulders, elbows bend straight back)
- 25 chest (hands out to the sides, elbows directly over wrists)
On other occasions, I like to do pushups with dumbells and do a row right, row left, then pushup (feet wide).
