i think number is the best one of the choices there.... not only would it allow the individual to trac their workouts but allow others to see how you are doin and to see different routines

a bmi calculataor would be cool and ive seen a calculator on a website that tells you how much water u should consume daily based on yor weight and another 1 that tells how much protein u should consume based on age/ht/weight any 1 of these would be great 2 this site

#3 would be sick. I would love to come home everyday and track my progress. Workout and diet. I really think seeing somehting is writing would help me improve my workouts exponentially.
#2 would be fun thought.

I vote for #3 as well. Also, you should enable the people search to have the same capability that was present before the last major site change.

I would love to see # 3 - fitness tracking....maybe combine with a calorie counter thing to help track how much i should be consuming on a daily basis?

I would like to see regional communities that people can chat and organize to workout together, motivate, and inspire

I think maybe a section that lists food or supplements that have been known to be bad, been in the news for being bad or having extreme adverse affects on individuals
