I'm basically in need of a routine that I can follow weekly and was hoping that somebody can help me create it, mainly upperbody.

youre routine is based on what your goal is.
1 routine won't help you in many aspects

whats your goals for this routine? lean muscle? get big? slim down? tone up? ill see what i can do for you on my spare time if you tell me what ur looking for
