I'm aware that your biceps only make up about 1/3 of the muscle mass in your upper arm, and to get bigger arms you should focus more on your triceps, however I am looking to build fuller thicker biceps all around. I'd like to increase the size of my arms by a few inches and this is something I would like to achieve along the way. Does anyone have any advice?
Thanks for all your help guys,
- Jon

ive battled and still am battling the same problem. ive noticed an increase with a couple exercises...1) if you have access to an ez bar load it up to get 10 reps with a close grip. it adds that pop and height. 2) another one is sometimes called the arnold curl...to be honest i dont know what its called. but stand sleightly bent over holding reasonable curling weight. start with palms facing behind you. continue to do a hammer curl motion but to the middle of your chest, while twisting your wrist towards your chest as well. but mainly just load up on the weights and continue eating big as well. good luck!
