I suggest reading Arnold Schwareneggers' Encyclopedia of Modern Bodybuilding. Great for beginners and serious workout fanatics !

I have it but have not read the whole thing yet. Maybe over the summer.

unfortunately jason hadeed was murdered a few weeks ago, so we can't gain anymore knowledge from his creativity and thoughtfullness, but hopefully there are plenty of others to pick up his torch and his passion for fitness and sports and helping others fulfill a higher level!

Omg i had looked at a lot of jason hadeed's workouts etc. and I had no idea he was murdered until I just saw your post. That's crazy, someone shot him.
