Here we go- just joined a local gym. At least not doing it alone- I have my aunt starting the same time as me. Found motivation at last!

I have been focusing so much on nutrition lately I've let physical activity slide (gasp!) to pretty much non-existence. Oh boy. So now I'm back to square one. Doctor says I need to get into walking, but I am so in need of motivation. Help. :S

I am a frequent snacker , I was wondering if anyone out there had some tips on something iIcan replace these snacks with that would still hit the spot but not add weight as i am trying to drop % of body fat

A small handful of almonds and a few dates is a good mid afternoon pick-me up I use.
