I have never been tanning indoors..but have been considering it recently. When I joined GoodLife for Women, I received a free tanning coupon. I think I might give it a try when it starts getting colder out, with less sun. I've dealt with SAD since I was about 12, and am on medication now.

With the weather warming up nicely and the sun shining bright, this is a great time to get some natural vitamin D. On nice days that are not overly sunny, it is safe and recommended to not use SPF unless you are out for extended periods. But only put the SPF on after a few minutes of being outside. The sun is our only true source of this vitamin. If you want some interesting articles on tanning and/or Vitamin D, please email me.

Sun and indoor exposure to controlled UVA and UVB is an untapped resource. There are so many studies showing positive effects of natural Vitamin D. Plus we all love a well tanned body!
