Im new to losing weight and I would like to know:
What the quickest way to lose belly fat is??

@ Andrew: If you read the earlier comments on this group you will find detailed info about a fat loss nutritional plan that works.
As far as exercise a good start for beginners is moderate cardio every day and a 3 day body split weight lifting program. I think I am going to write about that soon.
Also, you know you can't spot reduce fat from just some areas of your body. To get solid results I think that a 12 week plan is necessary. Unfortunately this is the quickest way if you all losing only body fat.

@Eyelashes: regarding negative foods, eat as many as you like to fill you up. But I don't think a diet on them alone is very wise.

Thanks, I'm thinking about having 5-6 meals a day and having 3 good meals and 3 negative food ones.
