We say it every year... "I'm going to lose 10 pounds" "I'll diet until I can fit into my old jeans" "I'll run every morning" "I'll cut the fat in half" ....2008 is OUR year! Share what you new years resolution is and/or how you plan on sticking to it.. we could all use some help and support.

I've kept my new years resolution. I've played football thru high school and was going to play in college. I was benching 475 and squatting 550. My resolution was to lose my lineman physique and slim down. I started at 330, and am just under 300 now. I know losing weight and concentrating more on cardio will hurt my strength, but I don't care. Who needs that when you aren't playing. Plus, once you're passed high school, all sports teams do is use you. I can already tell a difference. My ultimate goal is to be 250. Good group by the way!

I actually made the resolution this year to earn 6k on the internet. So far I've made £50 lol. But I'm working on it!

My resolution:
1.Maintain my current fitness level
2. Go to the gym 3 - 4 times a week
3 Drink water
4. Drink more water
That seems reasonable and easy to accomplish
