Never been much of a gym rat, but found myself addicted once i started. that and fitconnect has put me in bloody great shape over the last couple of months. so cheers to the website and gym!!

lately ive found my self hitting the gym 7 times a week :S is know i need a rest i get 7-8 hours sleep every night.. I isolate muscles when i train e.g. Mon-Shoulders Tue-Biceps Wed-Chest Thurs-Back etc... i make sure my muscles get 72 hours rest before i train them again. so do i really need a rest day ?

also i am an ectomorph so I am looking to add on lean muscle i know im training right but i am in a bit of a dilema, should i eat (good foods) every 2-3 hours and consume lots of calories with little cardio ?
i really am stuck on this side of things i would be greatfull if someone could help me

Boot camp workouts are fun unless you're really in boot camp. Been there. However when I get back into my routine I will definitely remember what my Drill Sergeants taught me. They suck, but they are cool at the same time.

Yeah Kim Bootcamps are great. I keep mine high militant style in which i make them where most people have a hard time, which is a challenge for them, and at the same time my classes stay full LOL
