I just feel like I am in such a rut. Tried stupid supplements (NX Labs) and I don't think they are working. I am going high intensity and lower reps to see if that snaps me out.

CHAIR SQUATS

1. Place a chair behind you while standing in front of it with feet about shoulder-width apart.
2. Contract the abs, keep them tight and bend your knees and slowly squat towards the chair.
3. Keep the knees behind the toes, sit down on the chair a second and get back up.
4. Contract the glutes and hamstrings to lift up out of the chair and begin extending the legs.
5. Fully extend your legs until you're back in standing position.
6. Repeat steps 1-5 for 3 sets of 10-16 repetitions.
7. When you feel you are ready, squat down, but do not sit all the way down for 60 seconds.
8. Always keep the knees in line with the toes!
