I workout mainly in the evening before my last meal, weights then a run, bike riding & boxing on alternate days.
Favorite Activities
Boxing, running, orienteering, free weights. Also into types of "free fighting" MMA type of thing but theres not much option for it here in the uk where i am.

Fitness Center Pet Peeves (what/who annoys you at the gym?)
When you lift at a weight you can do and the gym rats "obvious steroid users" smirk cos they lift more and wear all the ripped shirts to show their arms.....Get a life!
