Preparation Show Picture
Standing, rest the smith bar on the back of your shoulders. Steady the barbell with your hands using an overhand grip. Take a long step with your right leg, keeping your left leg planted.


Step 1  Show Picture
Bend your right knee to a 90 degree angle, shifting your weight forward.


Step 2 Show Picture
Straighten your right leg, shifting your weight back to starting position.


Step 3 Show Picture
Perform the preferred number of repetitions with current side, then switch sides and repeat.
