Preparation Show Picture
Rest your left knee on the lower padding, your stomach on the middle padding, and your elbows on the upper padding of the machine, and grab the handles. Bend your right leg and rest your right foot against the platform.


Step 1  Show Picture
Extend your right leg back and up at the same time until your foot is higher than your butt.


Step 2 Show Picture
Bend your leg and lower your hip to bring the platform back to starting position.


Step 3
Perform the preferred number of repetitions with current side, then switch sides and repeat.
