Preparation Show Picture
Stand, holding a dumbbell in each hand.


Step 1  Show Picture
Keeping your back straight, Take a long step forward with your right leg and shift your weight forward. Bend your right leg to a 90 degree angle.


Step 2 Show Picture
Step back to starting position with your right leg.


Step 3 Show Picture
Repeat with opposite leg.
