Preparation
Use the arm you intend to exercise to grasp the cable grip. Face away from the cable machine, stand nearly straight up, with your arm at your side.


Step 1
Lift the pulley up and out, raising your arm until it is slightly higher than your shoulders.


Step 2
Slowly lower your arm to right above your waist.
