Preparation
Standing, rest the barbell on the back of your shoulders. Steady the barbell with your hands using an overhand grip.


Step 1
Bending your knee, step up with your right leg.


Step 2
Step up with your left leg.


Step 3
Step down with your left leg, then with your right leg.
