Preparation
Sit, on a flat bench or a seat if your prefer back support. Grip bar firmly and place behind your head, resting on your shoulders. Keep your back straight.


Step 1
Lift the bar straight up toward the ceiling, straightening your arms at the peak of your lift.


Step 2
Slowly bring bar back down slighltly above your shoulders and behind your head.
