for guys like me who cant go to gym or dont have weights and stuff at home u should try a chair pushup
u put 3 chairs 1 for ur left hand 1 for ur right and the other 1 for ur feet and then do a deep pushup
it makes a push up a lot heavier

I'm not 100% sure how this works. Do you tense and hold at the top of this resembling a push up? The "sit up" part is throwing me off. If you could clarify this a bit for me it would be greatly appriciated. This sounds like a great excercise, thanks for posting it.

I use this exercise every ab workout,
What i find so great at this exercise is that you can do it anywhere you want and you dont need to have any equipment or other stuff.
