I liked the article and you made some very good points. If you are not already in great shape, however, it could result in very sore muscles. For those who prefer to treat pain without prescription drugs, acupuncture and massage can offer relief. for guys like me who cant go to gym or dont have weights and stuff at home u should try a chair pushup
u put 3 chairs 1 for ur left hand 1 for ur right and the other 1 for ur feet and then do a deep pushup
it makes a push up a lot heavier

I'm not 100% sure how this works. Do you tense and hold at the top of this resembling a push up? The "sit up" part is throwing me off. If you could clarify this a bit for me it would be greatly appriciated. This sounds like a great excercise, thanks for posting it.

I use this exercise every ab workout,
What i find so great at this exercise is that you can do it anywhere you want and you dont need to have any equipment or other stuff.
