About Me
I was in the military for 4 years, loved it.. I am now a personal trainer at Rowan University (among many other jobs) and a Jounior in Health and Exercise Science, Heath Promotion Fitness Management. Certs: AAAI and AAFA; Personal Training, Pilates, Primary Group Exercise, Kickboxing, Life Styles Management; Nutrition Specialist , Red Cross; First Aid and CPR and Lifeguard.

I get my workouts in when I can. I currently have 13 clients, so I train when I am not training.
Favorite Activities
Pilates first and foremost, weight training, cardio classes, learning new training styles, rock climbing, besides fitness related stuff..I love to be with friends and family, as long as it does not involve sitting for to long.. I am usually game :)
