We're Taking The Bowflex Challenge!

It's official! Chelle and I finally got our shipping confirmation on our Bowflex. It should be here tomorrow. We both wrote down our weight and tonight we'll take our measurements. We also went ahead and took our "before" pictures and let our guts hang out! They guarantee that in six weeks time we will both lose fat and build muscle. In six weeks from now we will post our before and after pics and list out results and see if this guarantee of theirs is legit. Wish us luck!

	Bill February 11, 2009 5:27 AM	haha I'm currently using mine as a COAT and HAT rack! In my opinion nothing beats free weights! When I was using it, it's nice that you don't have to really worry about injuring yourself! Honestly I believe if done properly, the continuous resistance from the power rods can help to get you "cut". Hope it works out for the both of you! Good luck!

Thanks Bill. Yeah, you're not the only one who ended up using it as a clothing/coat & hat rack from what I hear! lol I'm hoping the amount of money we spent on it will keep us motivated to use it. Thanks for your support.

	bobby15 February 11, 2009 2:33 AM	i had one and returned it after 3 weeks i liked it dont get me wrong but it was when i was still living with my parents so it was in my room so it became a cloths rack so i got a gym membership and returned the bowflex. but keep us posted on your results.

That's funny bobby15! That's what one of the reviews we read about it said. Maybe that review was yours? We have a spot picked out for it but now that I see it, I'm wondering if we may have to rearrange a little bit!
