Life is crazy around this time of year. Getting things ready for the holidays is a pain, and we often grab fast food and skip workouts to save time. To top it all off - when the great Christmas day comes - we eat... And we eat a lot.

One way to go about it is to become a fan of the item yourself. When ta... read more

Memorial Day Weekend is finally here and we can all enjoy a three day weekend. Most of us are looking forward to some boozing and hanging out with friends - and traveling if you're not phased by the screwy gas prices.
You could use this extra day off to jump-start your fitness goals!

This vacation is an excellent way to get back on track and really gear up for bathing suit weather. By the way, if you're just starting to think about getting a bathing suit bod now, you're a little behind schedule... but it's not too late.
Am I saying you should spend all weekend on a treadmill?
No... In fact, maybe just throw one or two workouts in this holiday weekend. But, there's several things you can do to get your health life back on track.
