 Off Topic: Valentine's Day Dinner Date Advice If any of you fellas are looking to impress the girl you're taking out for Valentine's Day I am being generous and sharing some of my deal-closing dating secrets. Guys, you should definitely work these tricks into your dating game - and don't forget who taught you. Ladies, if your date isn't breaking out these moves, it's time to move out of the minor leagues (just kidding kinda).

Guys, I'm going to assume that you're taking the girl out to dinner for Valentine's Day. Pretty standard for Valentine's Day dating, and although it's always good to throw some uniqueness into your dating strategy, I think Valentine's Day is where you do the classic dinner date. But you can still break out sweet moves on your dinner date.

Fitness New Years Resolutions Targeted by Retailers This is the perfect season for retailers to capitalize on health and fitness New Years Resolution makers. Right after Christmas, many people still have gift cards to cash in and are more likely to turn to a fitness related gift.

Why? Because it’s also New Years Resolution season…

I say New years resolution “season” because let’s be real, after January does anyone speak about new years resolutions? Especially fitness related ones?

January is the big month for those usually don’t watch their health and fitness to try to make a new goal and stick to it. I’ve found that even if someone is successful in staying healthy year-round, it’s usually not due to a new years resolution.

50 Cent Calls me Out on 100 Pushups

After explaining my plan to improve our fitness community to 50 Cent, he called me out on a push up contest. Well, not necessarily a contest, but he asked me how many pushups I could do. Not really sure (I admit, it’s been a while since I maxed out on pushups) I just said 100 cause it was the first number that came to mind.

“I can do 100” I claimed, immediately thinking to myself, ‘why didn’t I just say 50?’ – it’d be a much easier number and it relates to his name.

So Mr. Fiddy said “let’s do 100 push ups, I’ll do them with you.”

Haven’t maxed out on pushups since I took those physical fitness tests in High School, but I’m sure I could bang out 100 for 50. For the most part, when I do pushups – it’s to get a good pump for the beach – or any other shirtless activity.
Yea yea, every guy does it – shutup.
