Alli Side Effects that Wouldn't be Worth the Weight Loss

Alli Side Effects that Wouldn't be Worth the Weight Loss I was looking a little into the Alli dietary supplement, which I'm sure does not work, and noticed that it has some very unpleasant side effects.

The label states that "you may experience bowel changes when taking Alli". Ads and marketing materials refer to these changes as "treatment effects." These side effects can include:

- Gas with an oily anal discharge
- Loose stools or diarrhea
- More frequent bowel movements
- Hard-to-control bowel movements

Seems quite unpleasant! And a good reason to leave this dietary supplement sitting on the shelf.

First off, I'm pretty sure that the Alli supplement does not work. It claims to be your "ally" in drastic weight loss, but I have yet to hear any success stories. And from those side effects, it seems like the supplement joins Mexican Food as your Enemy.

I learned my lesson about dietary supplements the hard way. I experimented with Lipo6. What was I thinking? The diarrhea was the least of the side effects. It gave me a kidney stone, and when I passed it I started bleeding. I went to a urologist, who ordered me to have a cytoscopy (an ordeal in itself), which revealed a red patch on my bladder that the doctor said might be cancer. He then ordered me to have a biopsy, which revealed no cancer but I had to wear a catheter for a day. I will NEVER try one of those supplements again!

People are always looking for the "easy" way to loose weight.

I saw this weight loss supp in cvs and was wondering about it. It's not very expensive and of course they make it seem like the miracle pill but those side effects are gross!

Stay away from diet pills! Leave it to ryan to find the bowel movement side effects.

Agreed Slizzard none are worth the hype or the resulting problems.
What is wrong with plain old fashioned intense daily activity and proper food intake.

I think it's more of a "buyer be ware" situation, unless it's something you get by prescription.
