Just had the best workout of my life, to date.
Ever since I learned through this sites awesome members to increase weight at least every other workout, if not every workout, I'm really feeling my workouts. My workouts are intense, and today's was very hard, and I love it.
I finally feel like Im doing something right, finally something to believe in, to feel good about. Im so excited about my workout that I cant wait to get to it. I have changed from the 3 days a week workout routine, to every other day and its been awesome!!! For the off day, when I'm not lifitng, I'm on my mountain bike wearing the hardest gear to pedal in and circling my neighborhood. I feel so alive!!!

Im only writing this cuz I know your out there, the angry ones, and if you are not one, jus read, try to avoid:
How important is it to not sweat the small stuff???
Im living proof thats its not a good idea to let your anger get the best of you. I use to get angry over EVERYTHING and when I say EVERYTHING in capital letters its not to be dramatic, its for real. For years, I would get violently angry over the smallest of issues, wether it be work related or not. Im 35 and have had high blood pressure issues for the last few years, interesting, cuz more than jus a few years ago the anger issues started. Every single doctor that has sat and listened to me and basicaly interviewed me, has come to what they called, the obvious conclusion, my anger, being so consistent and lasting hours sometimes(no bullshit) is the result of my HBP. Found a great deal on a bench press with couple of attachments, its got the bench press, lat pull down bar, and leg attachment. Gunna pick it up tommorow, cuz its cheap as heck, lookin forward to ACTUALLY using the bench press!!!!!
One thing ALL of you have taught me was that its important to change it up, increase weight, and proper form, and now, IMA DO IT!!!! Im so stoked bout tommorows workout, I know its a basic piece of equipment, but Im cheap, it was cheap, and Ive "leveled off" with the curl bar, and two dumbells, time to change it up and increase weight, add exercises!!!!... read more
