Body Weight 100 Challenge

Have you tried the Bodyweight 100 challenge?

It consists of the following exercises:

Here are the exercises to complete the BW 100:
20 Prisoner Squats
20 Push ups
10 Jumps
10 Inverted Rows
20 Alternating Forward Lunges
15 Close-grip Push ups
5 Chin-ups or Inverted Rows

You are supposed to do it in less than 9 minutes before moving on the the Body Weight 200. For most fit people, this should be no problem. I was able to do it in just a little over 3 minutes.

If anything its a great cardio workout, I was breathing so hard, took me about a minute just to catch my breath when I was done! Do this a couple times and you have a great cardio workout!

Prisoner Squat is a squat with your hands behind your neck...like a prisoner! LOL

I can post the BW 200 if you like....??

for the BW 200, do you do 2 circuits, or twice as many reps?

Great post! This is a great cardio/strength workout and a good changeup from the routine cardio

Just wondering what you chose for the last set, chin-ups or inverted rows? This looks killer, BTW!

I did the inverted rows...still not able to do unassisted chin ups..but I'm working on it! ;0)

You can do it - I've seen those guns (in your profile pics). Keep at it and you'll be doing sets of 10 in no time. Would it be ok if we added another modifier to the close-grip pushups with optional dips instead?
