Are You Still Poisoning Yourself? Sandy Halliday

Thousands of children and adults are permanently disfigured or
injured through contact with chemicals in the home, each year.

Incredibly, the most common substance to poison children is
a household cleaner yet many of these products are considered
safe!

The labels on products only have to warn of the acute (immediate)
harms from ingesting a product, breathing the fumes, or contact
with the eyes and skin. They don't reveal the harms of chronic
(long-term) exposure to the chemicals in these products.

Chemicals from these products get into the atmosphere and
you breathe them in. They get into your bloodstream from your
lungs. Your liver gets overloaded with these chemicals they
get stored in your cells.

If you have too many chemicals, then you can get cancer of
the bladder, cancer of the bowel, cancer of the lung. Are you
beginning to see the picture? These chemicals go all over your
body. They can affect your brain and your muscles and every
area of your body can be affected.

Cancer in smokers is the result of daily exposure to the trace
amounts of carcinogens in cigarettes. In the same way, people
who are exposed daily to low levels of carcinogens in their
cleaning products face the same risks.

Chemicals in household products also put you at risk for nervous
system damage, kidney damage, liver damage and asthma.

Children are especially vulnerable to the chemical fumes released
by these products.

So now you know that you are probably toxic. What can you do
about it? You can do a lot!

First, you need to avoid toxins. Second, you must boost your own
detox systems.

Don't let some simple health issues you are having now snowball
into some very serious, possibly life threatening, debilitating, chronic
disease later on in life!! Take care of them NOW!!
