I’ve been doing this fast routine every morning (six days a week) for years. Notice I didn’t say easy, because it can be made to be challenging at any fitness level.
1. 25 Jumping Jacks
2. 25 Push Ups
3. 25 Squats
4. 25 Leg Lifts
(And if you do 75 more push ups throughout the day, you’ll be in my 100 Pushups a Day Club)
Just this short routine alone can have amazing effects on your wellness. But what more than likely will happen is after a week or so, this will set off a chain reaction and you will find yourself eating healthier and exercising more.
