Physical Fitness must be a way of life. Nobody is too young or too old to begin exercising. Everyone needs to include some kind of activity in their everyday life. And in my opinion, there are 4 main aspects of physical fitness.

How does being physicall fit benefit us?
Physical activity may prevent and control many diseases such as hypertension, diabetes mellitus and osteoporosis; it is a proved fact in several researches.

The 4 Main Aspects of Physical Fitness
1. Cardio Respiratory Endurance
2. Muscular Power
3. Muscular Endurance
4. Flexibility

Exercise is a division of physical activity that is planned and done on a daily basis and has the objective of increasing a person’s overall body condition. A small amount of exercise such as walking, when carried out always, is associated with important cardiovascular health benefits. It also helps to reduce anxiety and tension and aid in weight loss.
