Nutritional and Sports Supplementation As the marketing manager at www.qfit.tv, many people often ask me... “What is the best supplement I can take to increase muscle gain, to lose fat, to get more energy, to give me greater endurance or to improve my health?”

To answer this question, I have to take into consideration the workout plan that the individual is using at the time. If they are trying to build muscle, is it a conditioning, hypertrophy, power or strength program being used? Are they already consuming the right amount of protein powder for their weight?

Quite often the answer is not simply, “Take this product and that should do the trick”.
