Pregnancy fitness update as of May 28, 2009 - Walking Challenge for May completed!

I have been walking since Mar 27, 2009 but since I have started my 30 day challenge I have been walking every single day.  And now its May 28, 2009 and I have logged 162.95km (101.25mi) in 30 days.  And I have decided to do another 30 day challenge starting on June 1, 2009 but maybe only 100 or 120km this time.  I feel really good and I don't want to stop...I am going to keep doing this every 30 days :)

The pregnancy is going really well (except for hormones they are all over) and at this moment the baby is kicking up a storm in my belly.  I am eating as healthy as possible...I really enjoy eating fruit and veggies throughout the day I don't crave junk food as much as my last pregnancy and actually junk food kinda grosses me out...I was so sick of people buying donuts and stuff at work I started buying fruit baskets so that I had something healthy to munch on (everyone seemed to like having fruit around anyway).  I am almost 6 months and I think I will be in my third trimester in the next week or two.

That is so great!!!
I started like that with my third baby and i am so glad. I go tto a point of not being able to do as much (you know... the last month).. and the exercise I had before me prepared me. I thought of it as training for childbirth... which it is.
I used to walk and do yoga everyday with my second baby, but within 2 months I was bedridden and could not do much else.

I am glad you appreciate and keep trugding along... it is probably a fabulous feeling for you!

yes it feels really good, especially not having any back pain and I feel so rested.
