LT Fit 30 Day Fitness Challenge

What: Challenge yourself to workout 30 days in a row, for at least 15 minutes every day, during the month of April.
Who: Anyone is welcome to participate… just sign up!
How it works (the rules):
The 30 Day Fitness Challenge:
•Beginning April 1, 2011 exercise once a day for thirty days.
•Post your daily workout on the LT Thomas Facebook page. Be sure to include the following information: Day #, Workout Description, and # of Minutes.
•We’re a trustworthy bunch, right? So we’re using the honor system… the challenge is up to you.
•To make it fun and interesting you can also use the Facebook page to share a brief story about your workouts and how you’re feeling.
•At the end of the Challenge, give your 30 Day Challenge tracking sheet (below) to LT by 5pm on May 2, 2011 (Can be sent by e-mail, Facebook or hand delivered).
•Winner will be announced via Facebook at 5pm on May 3, 2011.
•Sign up via e-mail or Facebook
•Be sure to include your name, location, and age
Baltimore area Participants who complete the 30 Day Challenge will be entered into a drawing to win 4 personal training sessions or a month of boot camp (your choice!). A total of two area winners will be chosen randomly.
Out of area participants who complete the 30 Day Challenge will be entered into a drawing to win a phone consultation and personalized workout plan designed specifically for you. A total of two out of area winners will be chosen randomly.
Q: What counts as a workout? Your workouts can include any of the following (for a total of 15 minutes or more):
•Playing your favorite sport
•Cardio (swimming, biking, running, walking)
•Your favorite fitness class
•15 minutes of stretching
