Looks like Sears had perfect timing again with Brett Favre. The TV ads with Brett "shopping" for electronics has returned in time for the Super Bowl.
Even though Super Bowl usually are excuses for being lazy, here are some quick work out tips so you can be mindful of your health:
Keeping heart rate up for partying with higher intensity Interval training because it burns more calories as well as works to keep your heart rate in a higher zone, ensuring more endurance for those long nights on the beach or late-night dinners.
Some moves you can do include: - Alternate Push-Ups (15) with pop-squats (25) with bicycle crunches (25 each side) (repeat 3 sets) - Walking lunges (3 angles - front, diagonal, lateral); 50 jumping jacks; 15 pump bicep curls - 3 sets - Single-leg bridges with row; lower leg lifts (lying on back raise legs for abs); incline push-ups (12) - Run stairs in between each round for 15 flights
Follow these and you'll be fine for Super Bowl partying :)
